Refund Policy


Under your Consumer Rights, if you have a valid reason to return or reject your vehicle it must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased.

It is the owner’s responsibility to arrange for the vehicle to be returned to Premier Car Supermarket at their own cost.
We will have the right to deduct a reasonable amount of money for any usage of the vehicle and any damage or failure to keep it in good repair and condition.

This includes our right to charge a mileage fee of 45p per mile driven since the date of purchase.
If you are rejecting the vehicle as ‘not fit for purpose’ then an image of the mileage needs to be recorded and the vehicle must not be driven from the point of rejection.

The vehicle must be kept taxed and insured.
